ITT Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead all customer service and inside sales activities for ITT Aerospace Controls products worldwide.

The role reports to Sales Directors and focuses on order management, delivery, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance to meet customer needs. You will coach the Customer Service and Demand Management teams to ensure performance, satisfaction, and continuous improvement while driving strategic pricing and growth opportunities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business or technical degree; MBA desirable.
• 4–10 years related experience and/or training.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of aerospace systems, components, and regulatory environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer service and inside sales activities related to order management, delivery, and shipment.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Customer Service teams.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance.
• Maintain proactive communication on order status, risks and resolutions.
• Drive improvements in on-time delivery, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
