Qualifications

• 3-7 years in logistics, operations, or customer management.
• Experience with program management preferred.
• First Choice certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent in English communication (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Provide input to develop customer operations strategy in line with business strategy and requirements.
• Prepare and lead implementation of operational plans, measures and budgets.
• Lead efficient management of the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain.
• Lead design and implementation of service programs in response to current and changing customer requirements.
• Partner with sales/commercial teams to extend the service portfolio and support opportunities.
• Support RFQ planning and tenders including customer visits and presentations.
• Coordinate with IT to manage data flow and handling per customer requirements.
• Analyze issues and drive best practices for improved efficiency.
