Job summary

The role focuses on operational excellence, financial health, and long-term account development with key customers, including OMS, OFR and AFR performance and relationship escalation management.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Ocean Freight logistics and international trade.
• Strong project management acumen and ability to adapt to project needs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer engagements and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee service delivery, commercial performance, and account development.
• Monitor SLA delivery and run regular business reviews with customers.
• Develop value delivery roadmaps aligned with customer goals.
• Lead CAPA processes and drive continuous improvements.
