Responsibilities

• Own Customer Service processes for Sam’s Club
• Order receipt, entry, confirmation and logistics for each order
• Analyze customer orders and propose continuous improvements and optimizations
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment
• Track shipments and OTIF performance, escalating issues as needed
• Forecast input and inventory management to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
