Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking an experienced CPFR Manager, Walmart to join our fast-growing flavor company. You’ll coordinate customer service and supply chain activities, manage Walmart-related forecasts, and drive collaboration with Sales, Operations, and 3PL partners.

You’ll leverage Luminate and SAP tools, lead improvements, and contribute to delivering on-time shipments and in-stock goals across major retailers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably with Walmart background in consumer-packaged goods supply chain or operations.
• LUMINATE Experience preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly KPI tracking for Walmart closely aligned to in-stock, OTIF, inventory health, and shipment performance vs plan.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor in-stock, data reporting, and elevate service risks with root-cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams to overcome executional and logistical hurdles to meet aggressive in-market timing.
• Attend co-management meetings and advocate for Walmart across the org.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure supply chain strategies support business goals.
