Kinder’s in Walnut Creek, California is a fast-growing, flavor-driven CPG brand. As a member of our operations team, you will coordinate customer orders across Sales, Supply Chain, and 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery and outstanding service.

You will handle transportation, inventory, and order processing while identifying efficiency improvements and cost savings. We value problem solvers who collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods supply chain or operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and engage in creative problem solving.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail, and commitment to completing tasks.
• Team player, cross-functional collaboration across multiple areas.
• Flexible, self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP familiarity a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transportation Coordination: Arrange shipments with carriers and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management: Review product availability and coordinate with procurement/production to meet demand.
• Order Processing: Process incoming orders and coordinate with sales to verify details and schedule shipments.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Track late/delayed shipments every morning and escalate as needed.
• Develop partnerships with Retail Sales and buyers to drive inventory efficiencies.
• Partner with carriers to move freight efficiently and timely.
• Aim for cost savings in freight, warehousing, and fines/fees.
• Support internal backup to Costco Operations Account Manager.
