Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer planning initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
• Track performance of customer plans and report insights to stakeholders.
• Develop tools and frameworks to streamline planning and data access.
• Own development and communication of customer plan roadmaps.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations on customer behavior and recommendations.
• Collaborate with CI, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Journey teams.
• Coach CI team on customer plans and context in analyses.
• Foster an inclusive environment and strong cross-team relationships.
