Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in Canton, OH is seeking a Customer Administration Specialist to manage and audit Customer Agreements, contracts data, and related customer information within KAG systems. You will collaborate with Sales, Billing, Cash/Collections and Operations to ensure adherence to bill/pay provisions.

The role focuses on configuring data in the Transportation Management System (TMW), implementing tariff adjustments, and maintaining contract data in ASC.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent business experience required.
2 years of pricing, contract, or related customer experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other MS programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Intermediate mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Implement and audit new/existing Customer Data in KAG's Transportation Management System (TMW).
Configure Invoicing and Settlement Tariffs/Rates in TMW to support the agreement.
Decipher and communicate changes to Revenue Accounting/Billing.
Serve as knowledge base on Customers and Agreements for Sales/Pricing.
Audit and document Tariff/Rate changes as per agreements or guidance.
