Job summary

Wakefield Thermal, part of The HEICO Companies, LLC, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support sales strategy and ensure a positive customer experience. You will process orders, update portals, coordinate with production, and respond to inquiries, working closely with Sales leadership and production teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of customer service in manufacturing, strong prioritization abilities, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, office, or comparable environment.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze internal and external requests and retrieve data from company systems.
• Proven team player with collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented, analytical, results-driven approach.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and acknowledgements in AX for assigned regions.
• Update customer portals with current information.
• Process quotes and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to prioritize orders and audit AX entries.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and production teams to fulfill top customer priorities.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure production continuity.
• Respond to customer inquiries with order status and shipping updates.
• Provide backup support to the team as needed.
