Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager on the Customer Advocacy and Programs team to lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives that improve listening to customers and service delivery across CS, Sales, Product, Support, and Ops.

You will translate ambiguous problems into actionable plans, drive execution from discovery through launch, and establish measures of success with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, operations, or strategy.
• Proven record leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs end to end: define, plan, execute, launch, and measure.
• Turn ambiguity into actionable objectives, scope, and workplans.
• Drive cross-functional execution with aligned outcomes and clear decisions.
• Represent users and frontline teams to inform program design.
• Establish meaningful outcomes and KPIs; build feedback loops.
