Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and related knowledge in the field.
• Six or more years of experience in technical product support or contract administration.
• Thorough knowledge of warranty and maintenance agreements and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Administrates and/or oversees major customer accounts and coordinates parts returns for service or replacement.
• Negotiates complex requirements across multiple customers and internal teams to protect costs and schedules.
• Investigates and resolves claims by collecting information and coordinating with relevant functions.
• Approves special pricing quotations and adjustments on a case-by-case basis and tracks amendments to service agreements.
• Leads communication with customers, coordinates visits/audits, and maintains strong business relationships.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives in internal systems and processes.
