Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Customer Service Account Supervisor to lead order entry, coordinate projects, and strengthen strategic customer relationships. You will serve as the main contact for assigned accounts and work with Sales, Planning, Production, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in customer service or account coordination in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service, account management, or project coordination in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, production processes, or manufacturing workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass drug screening after conditional job offer.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customers and sales representatives.
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy; monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with Planning, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping to align expectations and capabilities.
• Maintain complete customer data in CRM and ERP; prepare quotes and track invoicing.
• Identify issues early and communicate proactively to prevent delays.
