Job summary

Stanford Graduate School of Business seeks an Associate Director, Strategy & Curricular Support to develop and manage programs for MBA and MSx students. The role includes academic advising, curriculum knowledge, and driving program improvements through data-informed insights.

The position is hybrid with on-site expectations 4-5 days per week. An MBA or equivalent experience is strongly preferred, with emphasis on data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in developing, launching, and managing programs.
• Ability to translate data insights into opportunities and narratives for stakeholders.
• Strong communication and workstream ownership to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage co-curricular program(s) central to the GSB student experience.
• Advise students with sound judgment and guidance on program requirements.
• Analyze data and translate insights using Excel, Power BI, Python/R/SQL, and Google Analytics.
• Supervise staff as needed and oversee program-related projects.
