Optimove’s Customer Success Manager in Dundee combines client-facing leadership with analytical insight to unlock value for our customers. You’ll collaborate with CMOs, CRM leads, project managers, and developers to drive success and satisfaction.

You’ll partner across teams to ensure clients receive the right resources, training, and guidance, while keeping stakeholders aligned on product updates and outcomes. This hybrid role offers growth and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years in relevant roles, preferably software.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Growth mindset and fast learner.
• Ability to understand technology at any level.
• Experience in web-based software preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Own overall client relationship and unlock value from the partnership with Optimove.
• Establish trusted and strategic relationships with each assigned client.
• Be a strategic connector, ensuring resources engage with key stakeholders.
• Advocate for the client internally by communicating requests and issues across departments.
• Provide training, guidance and advice to help clients maximize value using the Optimove platform.
• Communicate major product updates and releases to clients.
