The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Adoption Services to design impactful engagements and onboarding sessions that deliver measurable value. You will analyze adoption signals, personalize outreach, and maintain Gainsight hygiene to surface risks.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a scaled customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Ability to interpret adoption signals, utilization trends, and health scores to drive action.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft AI-powered templates with audience adaptation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor adoption and translate signals into outreach and interventions.
• Partner with Sales and Adoption Services to design adoption engagements.
• Conduct discovery conversations and map customer needs to Relativity offerings to drive value.
• Deliver customized onboarding and advanced sessions tailored to customer needs.
• Build ROI narratives and document Verified Outcomes for accounts.
