Job summary

Asper.ai, a Fractal Company, seeks an experienced Customer Success leader to drive end-to-end client delivery for its RGM platform and partner with CPG clients to design and implement best-in-class strategies. You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure value realization and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in Customer Success or Consulting within the CPG RGM analytics.
• Functional expertise in Pricing, Trade Promotions, Pack Architecture, and Commercial Planning.
• Proven experience leading client delivery for CPG, SaaS-based analytics or AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (VP/C-level).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable product inputs and influence roadmap priorities.
• Sufficient proficiency in data science frameworks to discuss with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementation, adoption and value generation for Asper.ai’s RGM platform.
• Partner with CPG clients to define, design, and implement best-in-class RGM strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align on needs and delivery.
• Drive delivery and user adoption across client engagements.
• Advise clients on framing problems and preferred solutions to generate value.
