Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our cruise missile portfolio with Navy and USMC customers. You will identify opportunities, shape pursuits, and maintain relationships with program offices, warfare centers, and requirements organizations.

You will collaborate with capture, engineering, and pricing teams to shape strategies, review proposals, and align investments with customer needs. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred and U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years supporting DoD programs; master's qualifies.
• 3+ years in business development, capture management, or program management.
• Working knowledge of Navy/USMC acquisition processes and FAR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Navy/USMC cruise missile growth strategy in line with Defense objectives.
• Identify, qualify, shape opportunities from early engagement through RFP release.
• Build relationships with Navy/USMC program offices and requirements organizations.
• Support win strategies, reviews, and proposal development with capture teams.
• Coordinate with engineering and program leadership to align IRAD investments.
