good2grow is a children's beverage company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We seek a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology, turning bold ideas into actionable plans and keeping work on track.

As a trusted partner to leaders, you will build structure, align stakeholders, and communicate progress and risks with candor. You thrive in ambiguity and help scale a fast-growing company with a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive decisions with ambiguity.
• Experience with product launches, retail rollouts, or commercialization is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cross‑Functional Project Leadership: lead initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology from kickoff to completion.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: facilitate sessions, provide updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate when needed.
• Process, Tools & Change Management: build PM standards, templates, and drive adoption of new tools.
