good2grow, a children’s beverage company based in Atlanta, GA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology. You will turn big ideas into clear plans, maintain schedules, and manage risks in a fast-growing environment.

The role reports to the CFO, requires 5–8 years of PM experience in CPG, and offers a hybrid on-site work schedule with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or fast-paced growth environments.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous projects and drive decisions forward.
• Strong proficiency with PM tools and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: lead initiatives across multiple teams from kickoff to completion; define scope, goals, milestones, owners, dependencies; manage scope, budget and resources.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: lead kickoffs, provide regular progress updates, drive accountability without direct authority.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify roadblocks early, develop mitigation plans, escalate when needed.
• Process, Tools & Change Management: build PM standards, templates, and train teams; drive adoption of new processes and tools.
