Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex strategic initiatives from concept through execution at our Alpharetta, GA headquarters.

You will partner with executive leadership across Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, IT, and Legal to drive priorities that deliver growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, CSP, CTC, or equivalent project management certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, or related environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
• Ability to influence executives and leads without direct authority.
• Experience with traditional PM methodologies and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects from initiation to implementation.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies including technical and financial challenges.
• Facilitate collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, and Legal.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches based on project needs.
• Lead project reviews, steering committee updates, and executive communications.
• Establish governance and accountability for successful execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and action plans.
• Drive projects forward amid evolving objectives and requirements.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and drive continuous improvement in the PMO.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
