Arclin is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex strategic initiatives from concept through execution at our Alpharetta, GA headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP, CSP, CTC, or equivalent project management certification required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, or related environments.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
  • Ability to influence executives and leads without direct authority.
  • Experience with traditional PM methodologies and Agile principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies including technical and financial challenges.

Description
Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Project Manager with a track record of successfully leading complex strategic initiatives from concept through execution. This role partners closely with executive leadership, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, and other business functions to drive priorities that support business growth, operational efficiency, and stakeholder value.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to build structure where it does not yet exist, and possess the initiative to move projects forward while collaborating effectively across the organization. This individual will thrive in Arclin's entrepreneurial environment and bring a balance of leadership, influence, and detail-oriented project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully from initiation through implementation.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies, including operational, technical, and financial challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, and Legal functions.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches, based on project needs.
  • Lead project reviews, steering committee updates, and executive communications.
  • Establish project structures, governance, and accountability mechanisms to support successful execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, decisions, and action plans.
  • Drive projects forward in environments where objectives and requirements may evolve over time.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement continuous improvement practices across the PMO.
  • Cultivate strong, responsive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are consistently met and exceeded.
Accountabilities
  • Successful delivery of assigned projects On-Time, On-Budget, and In-Scope.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to drive progress and achieve results in complex, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Champion project management best practices while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
  • Contribute to the continued development of Arclin's Enterprise PMO capabilities.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP, CSP, CTC, or equivalent project management certification required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, new product development, or related business environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience utilizing both traditional project management methodologies and Agile principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure, and drive projects to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Planner.
  • Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes.
Preferred
  • Experience within manufacturing, specialty chemicals, industrial products, or technology-driven environments.
  • Experience supporting Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, or New Product Development organizations.
  • Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise PMO organizations and governance processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
