Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

This role partners with executive leadership, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, and other functions to drive growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution, navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP, CSP, CTC, or equivalent project management certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
• Experience utilizing traditional project management methodologies and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Planner.
• Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects from initiation through implementation.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies across operational, technical, and financial areas.
• Facilitate collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, and Legal functions.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs.
• Lead project reviews, steering committee updates and executive communications.
