Job summary

Arclin seeks an experienced Indirect Procurement Category Manager in Alpharetta, GA. You will develop sourcing strategies across indirect spend, lead RFIs/RFPs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts with Operations, Engineering, and Finance.

The role targets cost reductions, risk mitigation, and supplier performance across sites, using spend analytics and TCO methods to support manufacturing projects and procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or related functions.
• Proven success leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier selection processes, and negotiations.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements across supplier base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support operations and capital projects.
