Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Business Operations Project Manager to translate business objectives into clear delivery plans and coordinate cross-functional teams across GTM, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Service, and Supply Chain.

You will drive program governance, manage risks and dependencies, and apply pragmatic project management to diverse initiatives while partnering with Business Process Analysts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects in scaling or fast-growing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to complex work.
• Willingness to learn new processes and translate understanding into execution.
• Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Arena is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
