Job summary

Boston Dynamics in Waltham, MA is seeking a senior leader to define and execute an enterprise CX strategy spanning onboarding, deployment, service and support. You will own the strategic roadmap and manage a complex portfolio, aligning CX with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to deliver a unified, high-velocity customer experience.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in Product/Portfolio Strategy for scaling B2B technology, hardware, or robotics, with expertise in Agile and change

Qualifications

• Experience leading CX product strategy for scalable B2B technology or hardware.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong governance, roadmapping and resource leveling experience.
• Change management experience driving organizational adoption (ADKAR or similar).
• Excellent communication bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the CX strategy and portfolio across onboarding, deployment, service, and support.
• Lead and mentor TPMs to deliver the CX roadmap and scale enablement tooling.
• Partner with the VP of Customer Experience to translate vision into enterprise-wide strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across CX, Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
• Prototype and incubate AI/enterprise tooling; hand over to BizOps with scalable rollout.
