Boston Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Director of CX Strategy and Portfolio Management to own the strategic roadmap and manage a complex CX initiative portfolio.

You will drive the maturation of the entire CX lifecycle from onboarding to service, aligning CX, Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering into a unified, high-velocity engine. The role requires 15+ years in leadership within scaling B2B tech/robotics, with deep Agile and governance expertise, and a proven ability to lead through

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in product/portfolio strategy or CS strategy in scale-up tech or robotics.
• Fluency in product management methodologies (Agile, journey mapping, discovery) and portfolio governance.
• Experience scaling enterprise systems for global deployments.
• Proven change management experience (ADKAR or similar).
• Ability to influence without direct authority across functions.
• Customer obsession with data-driven product requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own CX strategy roadmap and portfolio of initiatives.
• Lead and mentor TPMs to deliver the CX roadmap.
• Collaborate across CX, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Prototype internal tools and AI initiatives; handover to BizOps.
• Drive zero-friction onboarding and deployment experiences.
• Partner with BizOps Data Science for data-driven decisions.
