Biogen in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Head of Commercial CRM & Customer Engagement Excellence to shape the enterprise CRM vision for North America and optimize field commercial execution. You will drive the roadmap for Veeva CRM/Vault and related marketing tech, partnering with Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and Brand teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires a strategic thinker with executive presence, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience with CRM focus.
• 4+ years with Veeva CRM including Field Commercial modules.
• Proven CRM transformation and omnichannel capability build track record.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise CRM strategy across Field Commercial and align with business priorities.
• Define roadmap for Veeva CRM, Vault, and integrated marketing tech tools.
• Lead requirements, solution design, and deployment of new CRM capabilities.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Data teams to enable field tools.
• Lead change management, governance, and training for CRM initiatives.
