Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a seasoned Crisis Management Execution Lead to oversee day-to-day crisis response and readiness across the Americas from Charlotte.

You will report to the Global Crisis Management Execution Head and drive end-to-end execution of Citi's crisis management program in a high-visibility, high-impact role. The role requires 10+ years in crisis management within a large global organization, with strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and readiness capabilities across

Qualifications

• 10+ years of crisis management experience in a large, complex, regulated global organization (preferably financial services).
• Deep understanding of crisis management principles, incident response frameworks, and crisis tools.
• Proven track record of leading responses to significant crises and briefing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain country-level Crisis Management Plans and related components in assigned geography.
• Develop and execute crisis management training exercises and plan updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with CSIS Intelligence, Enterprise Resiliency, Cybersecurity, and Technology to coordinate response.
• Monitor threat landscape and advise leadership during unfolding events.
• Support regional crisis response and ensure timely execution of the global framework.
