Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in crisis communications or related field.
• Experience in high-pressure situations requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable messages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communications lead for significant events affecting operations, reputation or communities across the U.S.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support crisis response and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Global Response, Security, HR, Legal, Risk, Technology and leadership to align messaging.
• Create executive-level messaging for employees and leadership audiences with clarity and appropriate tone.
• Support issues-management and reputation-risk communications with proactive messaging strategies.
