Job summary

Inizio Partners is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead credit risk and pricing strategy engagements for Fintech clients in San Francisco. You will drive cross-functional analysis, policy design, and pricing experiments while coordinating with offshore analytics teams.

The role requires deep experience in lending, strong communication with executives, and the ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced consulting setting. On-site in San Francisco is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in credit risk strategy with consulting, solution design and client management.
• Experience in Banking or FinTech; POS financing preferred.
• SQL and Python proficiency.
• Credit cards/lending underwriting expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and people management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling in a consulting context.
• Master's in analytics or related fields; BA/BS acceptable from top institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client contacts, often with C-level executives.
• Analyze volume and funnel trends to optimize pricing and RoEs.
• Assess credit performance and recommend policy improvements.
• React to market dynamics on third-party channels and advise senior management.
• Act as channel manager for origination channels: manage credit policies, run tests, optimize pricing.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to drive alignment across the organization.
• Lead offshore analytics team for delivery and cross-border coordination.
