Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp is seeking a Risk Strategy and Pricing Engagement Manager in San Francisco to design and analyze credit risk and pricing strategies for Fintech clients. The role centers on cross-functional collaboration among Credit Risk, Product, and Analytics teams, with preference for experience across third-party channels and developing credit and pricing policies for them.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in credit risk strategy and client management.
• Banking or FinTech industry experience required.
• Experience with point-of-sale financing preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.
• Analyze volume & funnel trends to optimize pricing and impact on RoEs.
• Analyze credit performance and come up with recommendations to optimize credit policies.
• React to market dynamics on third party channels and help senior management make informed decisions.
• Act as a channel manager for certain origination channels – in terms of managing credit policies, running tests and optimizing pricing.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with and drive alignment among various stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage Offshore Team: Lead and coordinate with offshore team for analytical support and to ensure seamless execution.
