Qualifications

• 7+ years in Marketing Data Science and client-facing consulting
• Unsecured lending experience with Banks/FinTechs
• Experience with fraud platforms (Actimize/FICO/SAS) and feature engineering
• Hands-on rules design, model usage, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Understanding of KYC/IDV, dispute/chargeback flows, and controls
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
• Master's degree in economics, mathematics, CS/engineering, or related analytics fields

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of fraud detection strategies across lifecycle (application, account, and transaction)
• Balance loss, approvals, and customer experience with analytics, rules, and models
• Serve as main client contact with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Track fraud trends and refine rules/models to improve performance
• Monitor emerging fraud typologies and adjust controls proactively
• Oversee implementation on fraud platforms with audit/documentation
• Collaborate with Operations on case workflows and dispute processes
• Plan analytic projects with offshore teams for smooth execution
