Job summary

BMO is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise Credit Risk learning strategy and capability development. You will translate strategy into scalable, role-based learning pathways and manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, balancing enterprise consistency with diverse business needs across geographies.

You will partner with Credit Risk and business stakeholders to craft curricula, assess impact, and oversee external partners to ensure current, high-quality content that enhances risk literacy

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or Masters of Education preferred.
• Adult Learning accreditation required.
• Experience in the design, delivery and the delivery of learning strategies and programs.
• Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth / Expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and ongoing management of enterprise Credit Risk learning and capability development.
• Translate strategy and priorities into scalable, role-based learning pathways across geographies.
• Provide strategic learning advice to senior stakeholders and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning initiatives.
• Oversee the learning portfolio, pilots, deployment, lifecycle, and sustainment.
• Establish measures for learning adoption and insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to align curricula with evolving Credit practices.
