Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Credit Risk Leadership team in day-to-day business management activities, including strategic planning, resourcing, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor utilization of third-party providers and track forecast and actuals versus plan, articulating variance drivers across the portfolio.
  • Organize and present complex information with strong design and proficiency in Excel while embracing emerging technologies.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to generate process efficiencies, enhance operational controls, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct vendor performance reviews and spend analysis as part of supporting procurement and oversight of third-party providers.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Prepare presentations and communications for internal meetings, leadership forums, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests with agility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Job responsibilities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in vendor procurement and third-party oversight
  • Familiarity with working across multi-location or matrixed teams
  • Experience using business intelligence tools to support reporting and operational improvements
  • Knowledge of credit risk concepts or financial services risk management frameworks
