Job summary

ASI, a leading global provider of technology B2B services for the promotional products industry, seeks a Credit & Collections Account Manager for our Trevose, PA office. This full-time role focuses on managing delinquent accounts, resolving payment issues, and negotiating arrangements, reporting to the Credit & Collections Assistant Manager.

The position requires 3-5 years in AR/collections, CRM experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounts receivable, account management, credit, or collections is required; B2B collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AR book within defined KPIs (aging, delinquency, collection activity).
• Handle inbound member calls, explain balances and payment options; document outcomes.
• Make outbound collection calls to secure payment and negotiate arrangements.
• Complete daily collection tasks (card declines, near-cancellation, accounts on holds).
• Monitor email queues and respond timely to members and internal departments.
• Investigate and resolve escalations related to invoicing, billing, and payments with internal partners.
• Manage aging reports; identify high-risk accounts and provide status updates to Manager.
• Follow policies and legal requirements for collection practices; ensure proper documentation.
• Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.
