Job summary

You will review applications, create ERP records, analyze Dun & Bradstreet reports, and compile credit packages for management, while keeping customer accounts accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Analyze Dun & Bradstreet credit reports to assess payment trends.
• Prepare complete credit packages for management approvals.
• Monitor and communicate overdue accounts and holds.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and set limits based on thresholds.
• Build and maintain dashboards for credit approvals.
• Release holds and manage delinquency root causes.
• Answer customer and field questions about account status.
• Perform weekly reporting of holds and releases to Manager.
• Light collections to resolve credit issues.
