Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related work experience required.
• Commercial real estate experience required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and lease negotiations.
• Experience evaluating potential sites and opportunities.
• Ability to perform financial analyses using IRR/NPV.
• Understanding of lease terms and working with legal counsel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Hawaiʻi commercial real estate market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating new store opportunities.
• Negotiate new and existing leases and maintain landlord relationships.
• Monitor market activity and conduct site and financial analyses.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective locations.
• Coordinate with Construction, Store Ops, Marketing and other departments to move projects from site evaluation to store opening.
