Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Transaction Account Manager to oversee a store portfolio for lease renewals and extensions, in line with corporate strategy. You will manage renewals, monitor assets, and direct outsourced negotiators and brokers to achieve favorable terms.

The role requires 10+ years in retail/commercial real estate, expert knowledge of real estate contracts, and strong negotiation and financial skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of relevant retail/commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in retail/commercial real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Portfolio for Lease Renewals and Extensions following corporate strategy.
• Direct actions of outsourced reps, including training/coaching, review of negotiation strategy, estimated market values and anticipated results.
• Able to negotiate leases and amendments; write/review short documents or work with counsel on large agreements.
• Monitor rents across stores for savings opportunities or extensions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Planning, Operations, Planning, and other departments.
