The successful candidate will possess a strong background in capital markets and real estate structures, with 15+ years of leadership experience necessary to drive significant growth initiatives across diverse markets.

• 15+ years of progressive real estate leadership experience focusing on national development programs.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale growth platforms with accountability for site pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and portfolio strategy.
