JLL, a leading real estate services firm in Chicago, seeks an early-career Portfolio & Market Intelligence Analyst. The role blends portfolio tracking, market research, and underwriting analysis across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets, while handling essential administrative duties to keep the team aligned and on schedule.

The analyst works under senior direction, builds independent ownership over time, and supports revenue forecasting with accurate data and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, real estate underwriting, market research, or asset management.
• Hands-on underwriting experience and strong financial acumen across CRE asset classes.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; working knowledge of a BI tool (Power BI/Power Apps).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, including admin tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain data on client assets across markets and benchmarking data for each market.
• Build and maintain underwriting models for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets (NOI, cash flow, returns).
• Research market conditions by market and asset class using CRE sources.
• Produce spend and utilization analyses and reports in standard format for Regional Managers and clients.
• Support quarterly and annual revenue forecasting with accurate pipeline data and Salesforce updates.
• Handle team administration: schedule reviews, agendas, notes, and track actions.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine data requests from Regional Managers.
