Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Analyst to join the Investment Sales Advisory Team in the Capital Markets group. You will conduct market research, build complex financial models, underwrite CRE transactions, and prepare client proposals and memorandums.

You’ll collaborate with the Capital Markets team on presentations, financing options, and deal strategies, while supporting due diligence and closing processes in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities; analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Independent self-starter with a team-player attitude.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to present data clearly.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with technology to learn new platforms quickly.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Knowledge of capital markets and real estate investment principles; understand related documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends for CRE transactions.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, feasibility studies, and development proformas.
• Underwrite transactions using market data and comps.
• Prepare pitch decks, advisory packages, and executive summaries.
• Develop client presentations and financing alternatives with Capital Markets team.
• Assist in due diligence and drive marketing and closing processes.
• Stay informed on industry developments and provide insights to clients and team members.
• Review and summarize real estate documents (leases, loan docs, rent rolls, etc.).
• Participate in weekly pipeline and deal-status meetings.
