Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Chicago, IL seeks an early-career Portfolio & Market Intelligence Analyst to support cross-market data, underwriting, and market research for CRE assets. This role blends portfolio tracking with administrative tasks and grows under senior direction.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in business/finance/real estate or related field, 2–3 years in data analytics or underwriting, strong Excel and BI skills, and the ability to work across office,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or data analytics.
Two to three years of experience in data analytics, real estate underwriting, market research, or asset management.
Underwriting experience with the CRE lifecycle across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; working knowledge of BI tools.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; comfortable handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain data on client asset ownership across markets and benchmark data.
Build and maintain underwriting models for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets.
Research market conditions by market and asset class, contributing to competitive analysis.
Build spend and utilization analysis and prepare reports for Regional Managers.
Support quarterly and annual revenue forecasting with accurate pipeline data and Salesforce updates.
Handle team administration: schedule reviews, prepare agendas, take notes, track actions and organize files.
Serve as first point of contact for routine data requests from Regional Managers.
