Job summary

Conagra Brands in Mason, OH, is seeking a Senior Sales professional to lead account-level planning for the Kroger team, driving volume, profit and share growth across key brands. You will manage the business plan, work with decision makers, and use category management to guide customer decisions.

Responsibilities include annual planning, joint business planning, trade promotions, forecast accuracy, and building strong customer relationships. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG industry sales experience, including field and HQ roles.
• Experience leading meetings with Senior Buyer level customers.
• Experience managing trade budgets, spending and volume.
• Experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual plan for the customer and present internally to gain agreement on opportunities.
• Lead the joint business planning process with the customer for strategic category focus.
• Develop trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer.
• Monitor and update the customer’s business plan, budgets, and volume to meet goals.
• Conduct category business reviews and link shopper trends to opportunities.
• Develop monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiency.
• Build productive customer relationships and negotiate successful outcomes.
