Job summary

Choreo seeks an experienced Strategic Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of CPA firm partnerships. You will work with lead advisors to strengthen engagement, translate goals into coordinated action and ensure disciplined follow‑through.

You will own activation cadence, CRM discipline and execution across relationships. This role requires experience managing complex institutional partnerships and the ability to drive scalable operating models while preserving relationship judgment and

Qualifications

• 8+ years owning external relationships or accounts.
• Experience leading relationship reviews, planning and coordination.
• CRM discipline with accurate relationship records and reporting.
• Ability to influence actions across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly to partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic CPA relationships and drive activation.
• Translate objectives into activation plans with defined owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet partner commitments.
• Maintain CRM records, portfolio view and partner reporting.
• Identify patterns and translate practices into repeatable processes.
