Job summary

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and oversight of PCPS firm practice management resources. You will work across committees and member groups to advance strategic initiatives, promote tools and resources, and support engagement with CPA firms nationwide.

You will report to the Director - Firm Services and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful resources and programs that address current

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years' related experience in a CPA or professional services firm.
• Public accounting experience, including knowledge of CPA-client relationships and a commitment to staying current on evolving issues affecting CPA firms
• Relevant experience at the Association or a State CPA Society is taken into consideration as an alternative to work in a professional services firm

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage PCPS firm practice management resources, tools, surveys, guides, podcasts, networking groups, and member-facing initiatives.
• Manage projects from planning through execution.
• Improve resources based on member needs, feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and promote Firm Services offerings
• Support engagement strategies for CPA firm constituencies including Major Firms Group, G400 and Small Firms
• Build relationships with firm leaders, members, and committee members; plan meetings and outreach
• Represent Firm Services at conferences and member events; promote PCPS resources
• Monitor trends and developments affecting CPA firms; share insights with planning teams
