The Association is seeking a remote-friendly, senior PCPS program manager to develop and oversee practice management resources, tools, surveys, and member initiatives for CPA firms. You will lead projects from planning through execution and partner with internal teams to promote Firm Services.

Ideal candidates have a accounting/finance background and 5+ years in a CPA or professional services environment, with public accounting familiarity and knowledge of CPA–client relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years' related experience in a CPA or professional services firm.
• Public accounting experience, including knowledge of CPA–client relationships and a commitment to staying current on evolving issues affecting CPA firms
• Relevant experience at the Association or a State CPA Society is taken into consideration as an alternative to work in a professional services firm

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and manage PCPS firm practice management resources, tools, surveys, guides, podcasts, networking groups, and member-facing initiatives.
• Manage projects from planning through execution.
• Improve resources based on member needs, feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and promote Firm Services offerings
• Support engagement strategies for key CPA firm constituencies, including firm size specific groups such as the Major Firms Group (Top 100), G400 (Firms 101 to 500) and Small Firms
• Build relationships with firm leaders, members, and committee members.
• Plan and support meetings, update calls, outreach, follow-ups, and communications.
• Gather firm insights to inform Firm Services priorities.
• Represent Firm Services at conferences, meetings, and member events.
• Promote PCPS resources and Firm Services initiatives.
• Monitor trends, emerging issues, and developments affecting CPA firms.
• Share insights and incorporate them into resource and engagement planning

Educación

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

5+ years' related experience in a CPA or professional services firm

Public accounting experience, knowledge of CPA–client relationships

Experience at the Association or a State CPA Society is considered
