Job summary

USO in Arlington, VA is seeking a Coupa Administrator to lead configuration, governance, and optimization of the Coupa Spend Management platform across procurement, finance, and IT. This in-person role focuses on ensuring compliant processes and strong data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of Coupa experience, a Bachelor's degree, and certification. The role offers a salary range of $76,000-$99,750 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Coupa Administrator or Implementation Certification.
• 3–7 years of experience administering or supporting Coupa or similar Spend Management platform.
• Experience with Coupa integrations with ERP systems and SQL/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Coupa platform.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, catalogs, suppliers, and user roles.
• Manage Coupa modules including P2P, Sourcing, CLM, Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
• Test and deploy system changes, enhancements, and quarterly Coupa releases.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Coupa-related issues and coordinate with IT/Coupa Support.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity across platforms.
• Support audits, governance, and continuous improvement of spend processes.
• This is an in-person position located in Arlington, VA.
