Turner & Townsend seeks a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our Denver-area team. The role supports mission-critical data centers, corporate real estate, and infrastructure with cost management, project controls, and commercial consultancy throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within construction.
• Experience on medium to large-scale projects, preferably data centers, industrial, healthcare, or commercial real estate.
• RICS accreditation or active pursuit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement and commercial strategies, including prequalification and bid processes.
• Lead estimating across all project phases, developing construction, fees, direct costs, and other project costs.
