Qualifications

• BS in Construction or related field required.
• Experience in cost management for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget estimates by performing quantity takeoffs from plans/specs.
• Review and define project scope from documents.
• Prepare and deliver summary analyses for scope of work.
• Evaluate change orders and assist with risk/value management.
