Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a seasoned Cost Management leader to drive major client accounts and optimize project profitability. You will lead cost control, financial performance, and risk mitigation across a portfolio of programs.

You will mentor teams, deliver value engineering, and pursue new opportunities to expand services, while representing the firm at industry events and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Cost Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications such as MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development for firm growth.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal management.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering.
• Oversee financial performance including revenue, margin analysis, and forecasting.
• Lead cost control strategies and guidance in capital planning and procurement.
• Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations while maintaining quality.
• Develop a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and training.
• Lead internal QA/QC reviews and continuous improvement of processes.
